Even that Cookie-kookie ShiTzu loves that kitty!

You are not going to believe this.

I am in shock and frankly, it’s going to be cold day in hell until I have faith in my anthros traveling around the world and holding only thought of ME in their little pea brains.

Here’s what happened: Mama and papa drove out to the little town where mama’s brother and sister-in-law have a house and they were going to meet mama’s nephew and his new girl friend, Hong, from Viet Nam, and all sorts of nice hellos and goodbyes were in order and all was going well and mama and papa were about to hit the road again until…

Well, mama’s sister-in-law said, oh come over here to the window and just look, and so they did and outside the door was a tiny little grey kitty with its tail wrapped around itself and the somberist look on its little mug that anyone had ever seen and when the door was opened, bammo—in she came leaping and dancing and arching her little kitty back in a dance until she was picked up and snuggled and then she started giving everyone little adore-me-I’m-so-cute looks and then mama took her in her arms and mama rubbed her scruff the way the kitty’s mama did and that kitty started rooting around in mama’s hair looking for MILK, I swear it!!!

And of course mama was goo-gooing and ga-gaing over the kitty and it kept snuggling more and more into mama’s hair until papa took HIS turn and of course, then he fell in love when it put its little paws on his CHEST because little baby kitties know just how to make everyone WANT TO TAKE THEM HOME!!!

Well, I never.

Pretty soon, it was time to part and they all went outside in the drive and mama’s sis-in-law said, so do you want to take her home? And mama looked shocked and her nephew said, no, really, we have a traveling case and she can go with you if you want. And so what do I think mama was thinking just then?

Well, I don’t want to say.

Would you take THIS HOME WITH YOU? Don’t answer that.

Well, you have another think coming, Miss Turn Coat, and Mr. Turn Coat, too!

Bottom line: they didn’t pack her up and bring her home as my new playmate…heh, heh.  Lucky kitty.

I was a baby kitty once and I’M STILL CUTE!!!
